Our Terms & Conditions 

Pricing and what’s included
All prices displayed on our website are in EUROs per person and include taxes. Any optional excursions and additional entry fees that are not included in the tour itinerary will be at your additional expense. 

Prices for multi day tours are per person and based on double room occupancy – a single supplement will be applicable if travellers wish to have a single room. 

Multi-day tours include all transport and professional guiding services.  Our seven day tours include 2 evening meals, 5 lunches and 6 nights accommodation with breakfasts.  

Other than tea & coffee with evening meal, beverages are not included. 

Independent travel outside of the tour itinerary is not included, however, we will do our best to assist you in making arrangements for onward travel.  

Airport transfers are not included.

Personal and travel insurance is not included and is your own responsibility to ensure you have adequate cover.     

 

Booking & reservations

Multi-day tours - A non-refundable 20% booking deposit is required to hold your place on a multi day tour. In the case where the minimum number of travellers is not fulfilled, we will advise you of an unconfirmed trip.  After sending in your deposit you will receive a Reservation form. This form must be signed and returned to us within 7 days to finalise your booking.  The remainder of your payment will be required within 7 days of your confirmed booking

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if the minimum number of travellers required for a trip is not fulfilled and your deposit will be refunded.  

Scheduled day tours may be booked and paid for in full online.  

Bespoke tours, and Tours by request, will be confirmed by an email with a deposit request.  

 

 

Insurance
For multi-day tours, it is your own responsibility to ensure that you and all the members in your party, have take adequate personal travel insurance for your trip.   Your insurance should typically cover delays, cancellations, personal liability, lost luggage, accidents, medical expenses, emergencies etc.  We cannot accept any responsibility for theft, loss or damage to your property or equipment. 

 

Changes:-  We reserve the right to change any of the facilities, accommodation or services described in our website. 

If a major change to your booked trip becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible before your trip begins if time allows. 

Cancellation Arrangements
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a trip, we will refund in full all money paid to us by you. 

If you need to cancel your holiday the following cancellation conditions apply:

More than 6 weeks before start of tour – Deposit only 

Between 6 to 3 weeks - 50% cancellation charge

Between 3 weeks to 1 week - 75% cancellation charge

Less than 1 week  - 100% cancellation charge

 

Special Requirements
Should you have any special requirements (eg. dietary) please indicate them in the relevant field when making your booking. 

Passport and Visa Requirements
Please ensure you the required visa and passport requirements to visit Ireland. You can find out the visa requirements online here:  https://www.dfa.ie/travel/visas/visas-for-ireland/   

Complaints
Should you have a complaint about your trip, we kindly ask you to email us with your complaint within 30 days of the end of your trip and we will investigage and respond as soon as we possibly can.  

 

Equipment List

We will provide you with a list of appropriate clothing and equipment to bring with you on your trip.  Most of our tours involve off road walking and good footwear is essential, as is water proof outer layers (you are visiting Ireland!).  

Medical conditions

Please let us know if you suffer from any medical condition that may affect you during the your trip.  All our trips have varoius levels of activity, detailed on our website we expect all travellers to be fit enough to undertake the activities stated.  If you are in any doubt, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

It is your responsibility to get medical advice on whether this type of tour is suitable for you. 

If you are resident in the EU we advise you to bring a completed E111 form. This will enable you to obtain health care on the same basis as Irish residents.

 

Guide Discretion

All our guides are qualified and experienced in their appropriate discipline. In some cases an alternative activity or route may be necessary to suit the group ability, or due to  weather conditions.  Your safety and comfort is our priority and our guides will make changes as they deem necessary.

 

Photographic And Video Records
We reserve the right to take photographs or video footage of any of our trips and experiences and to use such photographic or video material for promotional purposes.  If you would prefer not to be included in trip photographs for this reason, please advise your guide or opt out at the time of booking.
